All advertised times are approximate and may be subject to change. It is your responsibility to make appropriate arrangements to ensure that you are able to view the event.

We ask that you test your internet connection and computer or other portable device and have updated Zoom to the latest version available so you are able to log into the seminar/event a few minutes before the advertised start time.

If you have purchased a full weekend pass you will be notified when the recordings of the weekend are available to view online. You will be provided with a personal access login and password to view them at any time thereafter. Video recordings will not be made available for personal download or dissemination.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure all events run as planned, in certain accentuating circumstances beyond our control, cancellation, postponement or alteration of the event may be necessary. This includes, but is not restricted to, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and speaker illness. No scheduled speakers may be considered as headline acts, regardless of their relative fame or prominence in the billing, and so cancellation by a speaker/artist will not entitle you to a refund, regardless of their position on the bill.

The event may not be recorded, photographed, filmed, broadcast or disseminated in any other format without prior agreement with the organisers and/or the speakers/facilitators/artists.
